    November 7, 2022

    What is Boomerang?

Boomerang is a cable and satellite television channel that is owned by Time Warner through the Turner Broadcasting System subsidiary. The channel features cartoons, mostly from the Hanna-Barbera, Looney Tunes, and MGM cartoon libraries. It airs daily from 6:00 a. m. to 8:00 p. m.

Boomerang used to be available on Xfinity, but as of September 1, 2019, the channel was removed from the lineup. There is no word yet on why Boomerang was removed or if it will be returning to Xfinity in the future. This is a disappointing development for fans of the channel, as Boomerang is a popular destination for classic cartoon content.

We contacted Xfinity to try and get some answers, but they were not forthcoming. We will continue to investigate the situation and update this article as more information becomes available. In the meantime, you can still watch Boomerang by subscribing to the channel through another provider such as DirecTV, Dish Network, or Sling TV.

    Where Did Boomerang Go?

Comcast and AT&T recently had a major disagreement that led to AT&T’s removal of several of its networks from Comcast’s Xfinity TV service. Among the networks that were removed was the children’s channel Boomerang.

This is a major blow to Comcast, as Boomerang is a very popular channel with kids and families. Comcast had already been facing criticism for its high prices and lack of customer satisfaction, and this will only add to the pressure.

Comcast is currently working on a solution to this problem, but in the meantime, families who want to watch Boomerang will need to find another way to do so. This may mean subscribing to a different TV service, or finding a way to stream Boomerang online.

We will keep you updated on this situation as it develops.

    What Can I Watch Now?

Boomerang, a channel owned by Time Warner, was removed from Xfinity on September 28th. The channel was replaced with the Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, also owned by Time Warner.

Boomerang was a channel that primarily aired cartoons from the Hanna-Barbera, Looney Tunes, and MGM libraries. The channel also aired some original programming, such as “The Garfield Show” and “Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated.”

The channel was replaced with the Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim, which is aimed at a older demographic. Adult Swim airs programming that is more edgy and adult-oriented, such as “Robot Chicken” and “Aqua Teen Hunger Force.”

Many Xfinity customers were upset with the change, as they enjoyed the family-friendly programming of Boomerang. However, Time Warner stated that the change was made in order to better align their channels with customer demographics.
