Once the reset is complete, your Dimmer Switch will be returned to its factory default settings.

    Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet.

    If your Philips Hue Dimmer Switch is not working properly, you can reset it by unplugging the power adapter from the wall outlet. Once the power adapter is unplugged, press and hold the on/off button on the Hue Dimmer Switch for about 10 seconds.     The LED will then turn red, indicating that the Hue Dimmer Switch is resetting.
    Once the LED turns green again, the reset is complete.

    Press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds.
