Belkin Airtag Holder How to Open

    November 15, 2022

How to open a Belkin Airtag holder

The Belkin Airtag holder is a small, cylindrical device that is used to hold and track AirTags. AirTags are small, round, white discs that are used to track objects. The Airtag holder has a hole in the center that is just big enough to hold an AirTag. There is a small, raised button on the side of the holder that is used to release the AirTag.

To open the Belkin Airtag holder, simply press the button on the side of the holder. This will release the AirTag from the holder. You can then remove the AirTag from the holder and attach it to the object you want to track.

    The tools you will need

Assuming you have a Belkin Airtag, the first thing you need is a knife. Any sharp knife will do, but a utility knife or box cutter is ideal. You will also need a flathead screwdriver.

To open the Airtag holder, start by inserting the blade of your knife into the slit on the side of the holder. Apply pressure to the handle of the knife until the blade pops through the other side of the slit. Next, use the flathead screwdriver to pry the two halves of the holder apart. The Airtag should now be exposed.

    Step-by-step instructions

Assuming you have already purchased your Belkin AirTag, download the Tile app on your iOS device to get started. If you don’t have an iOS device, you can still use AirTag by following these instructions.

2.Using a paperclip or a SIM card tool, insert the end of the paperclip into the hole.
3.Gently press and hold the paperclip in the hole, then twist the AirTag clockwise.
4.Continue twisting until the back cover pops off.
5.Remove the battery cover and insert the battery.
6.Replace the battery cover, then twist it clockwise to close.
Your AirTag is now ready to use!
